As the Founder and Lead Consultant at HR Hut Consultants, I am delighted to introduce myself and my services. My name is Dalia Dajani and I have been in the HR field for nearly two decades. 

The diversity of my experiences both locally and internationally enabled me to understand firsthand the challenges that many organizations face when it comes to human resources. From downsizing and succession planning to start-ups with rapid growth and everything in between, I offer people-focused solutions that work.

I have been around enough to know that your HR requirements are as unique as your business, so all of HR Hut Consultant’s solutions are tailored to fit your organization’s specific needs. HR Hut Consulting services range from as little as an hour a month to more frequent in-house, hands-on support.

• Nearly 20 years of experience in everything HR related with experience in various industries including the public sector/government, education, construction, industrial, agriculture, and food & beverage.
• Master of Employment Relations Degree.
• Chartered Professional of HR Designation (CPHR).
• Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and a minor in Psychology.
• Fully bilingual in both the English and Arabic languages and provides services in both languages.
